Media Delivery & Return Procedures
Media items are delivered and picked up on Tuesdays (West Route) and Thursdays (East Route). When using the Online Booking and Ordering Catalog, try to order the Media two days in advance of your desired delivery date. Items can be ordered from the Media Center using the Online Catalog or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
After your media order is placed, you will receive an email from the system confirming the order. The email will list the scheduled return date. Please have items in the designated pick-up area on that return date. If you would like to have the item(s) for a longer period of time, please contact Linda Thompson or Bev Tillema at the Media Center so we can check to see if the item(s) is available. If the item(s) is available, the return date will be extended. If not, the title must be returned.
If a wrong title is delivered or one is received on the wrong date, please call the Media Center immediately if we can be of assistance.
