PowerMediaPlus.com from Clearvue & SVE (PMP) is a media on demand product using the Internet. The intent of the subscription to PMP is to allow (with technology) teachers and students access to digital resources aligned to classroom content.

Student features allow students to download teacher assignments and watch key concepts as well as take assessments. Students have permission to retain product developed as part of a course assignment. They can only retain one copy of their work and it has to be used for personal use only.

Login to PowerMediaPlus is the same as the login used for ESU8 WebMax Online Catalog.

Nebraska owned titles in a digital format will exist on an ESU owned server, and be accessed through the PowerMediaPlus login. (ESU 8 does not have a server in place as of 2/4/08). Nebraska owned titles are NOT editable.

Software Requirements
Three basic software programs are necessary to view our videos, listen to the audio, and download the user guides and print resources.  To download these programs, visit the sites listed below.

PowerMediaPlus Guidelines include:

• Terms: Renewed annually - tentatively 5 years (2006-2010)
• Access to all PreK-12 Nebraska schools including public, private, and parochial.  (Includes preschools that are part of a school district).

• School staff and students may have access and accounts.
• Access is permitted from home as well as school.

• Use is for educational and non-commercial purposes only.
• Content may be downloaded (copied) for educational use.

• DVD copies permitted.
• Content may be downloaded to local desktops.

• Content may be downloaded to subscriber’s servers.
• Content may be included in any file or podcast, and stored on PowerMediaPlus.com or subscribers password protected servers.

• Any and all copies of content must be erased or destroyed after  expiration of term.  User is responsible for removing/destroying copies/content when applicable.
• Students have permission to retain product developed as part of a course assignment. 

• "Editable Content" may be edited, shortened, or altered.
• Content not marked as "editable" may NOT be edited, shortened or altered. Nebraska owned titles on PMP are NOT editable.

• Ancillary Materials may be revised to meet instructional need.
• User must maintain all copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.
• PMP RSS feeds limited to PMP subscribers only.
