All media use is governed by the current federal copyright laws concerning viewing, duplication and transmission. ESU#8 has entered into Duplication Licensing Agreements with many companies to better serve the schools. The contract conditions, ie: length of rights, number of copies, etc., vary with each contract. If you have any questions, please ask. We encourage schools to maintain on their shelves, copies of titles that are available for duplication, to better serve the classroom needs. We will make the copy for you to insure the best copy possible, if you provide us a blank tape. To order the duplication of a title, complete the blue Production Order Form for Video Cassette Duplication. Titles marked with VC in front of the catalog number are available for duplication. We do not have duplication rights to all titles. Those titles without duplication rights are marked in the catalog with VT in front of the catalog number. Video titles of computer software that are copyright protected and do not have the authorized duplication permission will not be duplicated.
