The best assurance of instructional suitability for school use is always gained by previewing material before use..
We welcome suggestions and input in regards to titles that are available but it must be noted that the user is responsible for correct use of media content as stated below:
Educational Service Unit No. 8, as a part of the services to the school districts it serves, acquires a variety of curriculum materials. Educational Service Unit No. 8 plays no part in determining curriculum for the school districts that use such materials, nor does it offer any guidance beyond what may be set forth by the publishers or authors of the materials themselves, as to the age appropriateness of the use or of the legality or educational appropriateness of the use of such materials in that Educational Service Unit No. 8 has no control or supervision of any nature over any of the materials owned by Educational Service Unit No. 8 Educational Service Unit No. 8 accordingly assumes no responsibility of any manner for any use, intended or actual, of any resource materials belonging to Educational Service Unit No. 8 and used by any school district or other user.

ESU#8 does not own library rights to any other software titles listed in this catalog. Software may not be checked out for use in the classroom unless stated otherwise. It is available for preview either at the service unit or may be booked with intent to preview for purchase only.
The Media Center encourages teachers to fill out the comment slip placed in the title case. Teacher comments are a vital part of the tabulations used to determine when titles are to be withdrawn, updated, or replaced. Please fill in correct title name and ESU#8 catalog number on the comment slip.
