ESU #8 EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR
NOMINATION FORM
Each
year ESU #8 honors one of its employees as “Employee
of the Year”. We would like your help in selecting
this year’s recipient. If you know an ESU #8 employee
that you feel should receive this award, please nominate
that individual. All you need to do to nominate someone
is to fill out this nomination form and return it to: Randy
Peck, Administrator, ESU #8, P.O. Box 89, Neligh, NE 68756-0089.
You may also email your nomination to rpeck@esu8.org.
All nominations will be reviewed by the ESU #8 Department
Chairpersons. The Employee of the Year will be selected
from your nominations which are due by April 1st.
