Phase 1 will include the demolition of existing one story frame buildings to the north and west of the existing 1910 and 1971 buildings. The 1971 building will be gutted and the existing roof will be removed and the new structural steel roof will be built providing higher ceiling space for the new large meeting room with new interior finishes. Final sitework, sidewalks and entry ramps will complete this phase. Minimal work will be done in the existing basements other than the stairs and elevator.
