Educational Service Unit 8 is requesting quotes for external painting of our Eastern Learning Center in Norfolk, NE.

• The contractor must attend the site visit on May 17, 2018 @ 10:00 am to determine appropriate materials, quantities and labor for the project.
  • Location: 300 West Eisenhower Ave, Norfolk, NE 68701
• Project to begin no earlier than June 1, 2018 and to be completed no later than July 31, 2018.
• The contractor must provide all supplies necessary for completion of the project.
• All surfaces must be prepped to allow for optimal results (washing, sanding, taping, etc.).
• A high-quality paint specific to exterior use must be used on all surfaces.  The paint must also be appropriate for the type of surface that it is being applied to.
• Paint to be used on the project must match what was submitted on the quote.  Color will be determined by the owner before the project begins.
• A valid Nebraska Contractors License, Certificate of Liability Insurance and W-9 must be submitted by the individual(s) completing the project before the project can begin.
• Payment will be sent to the contractor at the completion of the project.
• The quote must be submitted no later than 2:30 pm on May 31, 2018.
