Purpose:  Guide teams through a continuous improvement process by sharing practical strategies, forms, timelines, and checklists.

Recommended team includes:  school administrator, chair(s) of the School Improvement Team, and at least one committee member per building.

Part I:  Tuesday, October 21, 2008
This session will overview the Continuous Improvement Process, guide in collecting data, and creating the profile.  This session will also address recent developments in the Nebraska School Improvement model and AdvancED (NCA).

Part II:  Tuesday, January 20, 2009
This session will guide the goal setting and action plan development processes.

Part III:  Tuesday, March 17, 2009
This session will guide the implementation process.           

Time:  9:00-3:00
Cost:  $20 per person for the series
