First of all you need to know this is a very funny book. So it is for people who like funny books. Joey Pigza is a kid that lives with his grandma, and his dad went away and his mom chased him. He gets very hyper when eating sugar. So he has to take meds. After a few years his mom comes back. Joey has to leave his school and go to a special ed school, because of doing something very bad. But you will have to find out that for your self. I like Joey Pigza a lot and think anybody should read.
