Fifth grade math students are busy with Accelerated Math

Today's Race Report:

Another Friday of school.

In language arts Mrs. Morrow beamed us an ebook for homework on our Palms in Palm Reader for the weekend.  Out word of the day was critical.  The people that missed some words had to take a spelling test.  Language Arts was really fun.

In reading my group read chapters 5 through 9.  My book is Maniac Magee.  For reading you can read on your own or you can read in a group.   Maniac Magee group reads with Mrs. Kloppenborg.  The Holes group reads with Dr. Hedlund.  

For science we did one of the two papers that we got.  We are learning about the triceps and the biceps.  Time to go to P.E. to run the six hundred.

Time for Social Studies. One of my ending classes for the day. We made picture dictionary cards.  Now we are going to switch to math at 1:35 p.m.

In math we corrected our page P1-8.  The we did accelerated math.  Accelerated math is fun.  Hopefully people sis well on their test.  Also I hope the the people that got practice sheets did as well as the people did on the test.

Time for another weekend.
