Today's Race Report:
We just came in from the cold and rainy school grounds and started science. In science we did a muscle worksheet. After that we did reading. In reading we had a discussion day. A discussion day is when a group reads a book and talks about it in their groups. One of my favorite things is social studies where we got to learn that the Indians use every part of the buffalo. Math was all about decimals. A lot of people got the hang of it right away. It was almost the end of the day when it was time for language arts. In language arts we wrote news reports about the day before. Last thing of the day we learned about the five W's: why, when, where, who, and what. Don't forget the one 'h': how. Over all we had a stupendous day!
