Bill Gates
Portrayed

I’m Bill Gates. I own Microsoft which is a computer
business that makes computers easier to use.
I was born on October 28, 1955 in Seattle Washington.
I attended public elementary at Lakeside school. There, computers fascinated
me at the age of 12, and I began programming computers at age 13. In 1973
I entered Harvard University as a freshmen. There I lived down the hall
from Steve Ballmer, who is now Microsoft’s President. I dropped out of
Harvard my junior year {press tape].
Computers back then took two people to handle and
were the size of a washing machine. Some even took up a whole wall and
were very expensive.
I teamed up with Paul Allen and we started
Microsoft. The employees worked as hard as I did. We took sleeping bags
to work and stayed over night because we had so much work to do.
I also thought up Windows. Windows are things
you click on, on your computer. I also invented the mouse. Back then you
had to type in commands to go places on your computer. Today I’m the richest
guy in the world. I own more than $116,000,000,000. I own Microsoft.
I was married on January 1, 1994 to Melinda
French Gates. I have a daughter named Jennifer Kathrine Gates and a son
named Rory John Gates.
I enjoy playing Golf and Bridge and I’m an avid
reader. I also spend lots of time e-mailing employees around the world.
I should be the most famous person of the 20th century,
because if I didn’t make Microsoft so easy to use that moms and dads couldn’t
use it, you would have to probably go through a special school, and there
is enough school already.
