theres no place like school theres no place like school. Todays is going to be wonderful day. Today to start out some of us went to mrs.bauers class we started a new proplem to solve for a special project we're doing. It is about freadome of speech.After mrs.Bauer's class we went back to science and reading with mrs.kloppenberg. In science we reviewed over pollination for a quiz coming up. In reading we had discussion groups about JAMES AND THE GAINT PEACH ,FRINDLE,THE ENORMOUS EGG , and THE BFG. We talked about each story and what we liked about it and what we didn,t like about it. So as we follow the yellow brick raod we come to Mrs. Youngs class which is social studies and math. To start off in math, we corrected our papers ,called creepy crawleys,which were on adding multiple digits. Then we practiced suptracting multiple digits in our math journals. We also received an assighment: P2-11 it was a review on suptracting whole numbers.Just click your red shoes and away we go to social studies. Today we worked on our palms on idea pad and made a web about the early explorers.I'll get you my pretty and your little dog too, well after you go to lunch. Lunch was great and then out to recess. When we got back it was time for "read aloud".We are reading the book LONG WAY FROM CHICAGO. It is getting to a good part about how grandma dodle is spreading another rumor about owning somthing from Abraham Lincoln.Its getting funnier by the minute.Then it was time for art with Miss. Mackintosh. So then its to to laguage arts where we did journal warm up where we were making different sentneces better by using better words. Then we did poetry wars. The two poems were spider- man and side walk. Both were very good but spiderman won . So after that we recorded the Eagle Eye News. we had stories on math fun night, jr. Council , podcasting, and a lady who came and talked to the fifth grade about homelessnes. Then we had one of the red ribbon week activities

which was where you had to run down the hall, put on a piece of clothing and then run back and switch with the person next to you. Its was exciting! So then to a soothing study hall, well for us it was . We had to finish one of our feature corners for Eagle Eye News. It was on how to play silent ball. Then it was time to go home or to singer. Well its time to go to bed and rest up for a big day tomorrow.
