Dr. Seuss

‘’Do you like green and eggs and ham I do not like them Sam I’’ Do you know who wrote these books and other famous children’s books? Me, Theodor Geisel, known to you as Dr. Seuss. I grew up near by Forest Park Zoo in Massachusetts. When I you age I loved to draw many different character. I loved art but the biggest dilemma I encountered was the art teacher wouldn’t let me draw what I wanted to draw. When I was old enough to have a job I worked as illustrator and sold Saturday Evening Post magazines. Later I became a successful illustrator and author and wrote over 50 children’s books. The books helped people with difficulties in reading and helped create scholarships for their awesome book reports. With the money I made I gave in donations of Art musems and libraries to help others. I was very old when my eyesight began to fail and sick of old age but I kept working and never retired. You can make a different in the world if you work as hard as I did.
