I like saying the pledge everyday!

But now it is time for Language Arts.

In Language I wrote a poem for spring. I love poems!! But I liked listening to others too. We did MUG shot and word of the day also. Then we had a similes and metaphors assesment. I thought it was pretty easy. After that we did scrabble with the kids and we got a play that got us 51 points. Last of language we did writing workshop.

At 9:35 I had to line up for Reading and Science.

In Reding we had a quiz over the chapters 5-8.

In Science we read pages A25-26.We read about how trees tell the weather. I got to read too! But after reading those pages we had to do worksheet pages 24, 25, 27, and 28.

Next I went to music. We took a assessment over music notes like eighth notes, quarter notes, and more. Then we checked them and I got a 100%. Ya!

MMM, I am starving. Good thing it is time for lunch. For lunch it was Easter Dinner. I had turkey with gravy on it, mashed potatoes with gravy, stuffing, a bun, pickles, and for dessert I had a delicious pumpkin bar! It was a magnificent lunch! Lunch is one of my favorite things I like here because they always have good food!

After that delicious lunch I went outside and played on the slide a little. But most of the time I played basketball with lots of people.

'' 5th graders it's time to go inside!'

Wow art time, I like art because we are making houses. My house looks like my bear house I lived in when I lived in Canada. Time sure flies when your having fun because art is over already.

Then I got to go to band with the band kids. It was fun because Mitch let me play on his drum. But like I said before time flies when your having fun!

After that I got to go to Social Studies and Math.

In Social Studies we got our tests back I got a 100%. Then we did comparing and contrasting on traveling problems in the 1700s and 1800s and traveling problems today.

Next we switched to Math. In Math we got our tests back from yesterday. I got a pretty good grade, well you really want to know, o.k. I got a 92%. After looking at our tests we learned how you can write fractions into decimals. Our assignment was P 9-5. I got it finished fast because it was easy for me! Then I got to read with Sephanie.

The clock struck 3:15 and it was time to go home.

I got to go with Stephanie to the KMO Quiz Bowl where you answer questions that they give you off the SmartBoard. It was totally fun! I got to eat treats too!

Finally I went to Stephanie and Kelci's baby-sitters and we played basketball! I made one shot! Ya hoo!

BUt the fun part was I got to go to Stephanie's church with her. The kids in her class and her had to hide eggs for the little, little kids to find. They put some in my hands. Then the older kids read the little kids a story by having toys in eggs to represent what each kid was talking about. It was amazing and exciting!

Finally I got to go to Stphanie's house and I got to see her pets! There awesome! I also got to meet her family! There nice!

I had a busy day but now it is time to do my homework and go to bed! Tomorrow will be a busy day too because I leave this wonderful school!
