COUNTDOWN TO COLLEGE
Select at least 3 schools to apply to for admission. A good approach is to select a dream school; a realistic school in terms of admission requirements, location and costs; and a school you can easily meet all requirements for.
Take the ACT and SAT again before submitting scores for college admission to improve your chances for scholarships. Take the CLEP or Advanced Placement exams if you qualify. These tests may allow you to earn credit for certain college courses.
Apply for financial aid and scholarships.
Make your final college selection after you have been accepted.
