Molly Aschoff is currently the Assistant Administrator at ESU 8 in Neligh, NE. Before coming to ESU 8, she was an Elementary and SPED teacher. As the Assistant Administrator, she supports instructional design for teachers teaching distance-learning courses including the development of instructional strategies, course materials, assessment techniques, appropriate integration of instructional technologies, and best practices. Molly promotes engagement in the classroom by the use of technology tools, virtual field trips, personalized learning, and “just good teaching” strategies. Molly serves on the following national and statewide organizations: NDLA (Nebraska Digital Learning Association - President-Elect), NAMTC (National Association of Media and Technology Centers - Secretary), and TLT (Teaching & Learning with Technology, NE affiliate).
